G3 Home Pros is a registered company in California. By using our website, requesting a quote, completing a form, or communicating with us via SMS/phone, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must stop using our services.

4. Estimates and Guarantees

All proposals are based on visible conditions at the time of evaluation. Additional costs may arise if hidden problems (e.g., non-visible structural damage) are discovered once work has begun.

We do not guarantee identical results to case studies, as every project is unique.

5. Workmanship Warranty

G3 Home Pros offers a limited workmanship warranty for a period of 10 years (unless otherwise specified in your contract) from the project completion date. This covers installation defects but excludes damage from extreme weather, lack of maintenance, or third-party alterations. Material warranties are provided directly by manufacturers.

6. Job Site & Insurance

The client is responsible for providing safe access to the work area and removing fragile items. G3 Home Pros carries general liability and workers' compensation insurance and will handle necessary building permits unless agreed otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

G3 Home Pros is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services rendered.
